Insight Management Systems ("IMS," "My Insight App," "we," "us") operates the My Insight App childcare management platform, including the staff web portal, parent mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

My Insight App is childcare management software used by early learning centers, daycares, and preschools. We process data on behalf of centers and their families and staff.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your role, we may collect account information, family and child information, communications, photos and media (including classroom camera streams), billing information, device information, and AI interactions with InsightAI.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate users, enable center-family communication, process billing and enrollment, send notifications, and maintain security.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with your childcare center, service providers under contract, and when required by law.

5. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure authentication.
