Community groups & events

Classroom and campus groups that build themselves from enrollment, plus events with RSVPs and custom questions.

The parent network, inside your walls.

  • For families
  • For staff
  • For directors

What you get

  • Every classroom and campus already has a group — membership follows enrollment
  • Families and staff create their own groups, public or private
  • Invitations and join requests, approved by the people who run the group
  • Events with RSVPs, guest counts and the questions the organiser needs answered
  • Per-group rules for who may invite, approve and create events

How it works

  1. Groups already exist

Because enrollment defines the rooms, the classroom and campus groups are there on day one and never need maintaining.

  2. Families organise themselves

A parent starts a group for their child’s campus, invites the other families and runs it without the office in the middle.

  3. Events get real numbers

RSVPs with guest counts and custom questions mean you order the right amount of food for the right number of people.

Common questions

Can families see each other’s details?

Group membership shows who is in a classroom community, and families are shown as parents of their children. Contact details are not published to other families.

Who controls a classroom group?

Administrators, the campus director and the staff assigned to that classroom. Membership itself comes from enrollment and cannot be edited by hand.
